Start with Ahi Tuna, marinated in lime, soy sauce & ginger with avocado roasted organio beets, hearts of palm, cucumbers and mixed greens and then enjoy pan seared snapper, poblano relleno with sweet corn cake and black bean salsa or Jamaican jerk pork tenderloin, spicy black kale with guaniale and onions, lime mashed sweet potatoes, slow roasted plums & natural por jus.
