Pier One units are rented Saturday to Saturday. Call the owners for shorter stays. 3 night minimum available occasionally. Manicured grounds and private sundecks, for each accommodation, on a sheltered cove provide a unique Maine coast setting all topped off with breathtaking views of Southwest Harbor, a 150-foot dock, sunsets beyond compare and the mountains of Acadia National Park. First built as a boathouse in the 1850's on Clark Point in Southwest Harbor, the original shingle style house maintains its 19th century charm and warm and welcoming Downeast Maine appearance. The property has been lovingly transformed over the past century into a beautifully landscaped private vacation rental compound that welcomes singles, couples, families, kids and, sometimes, even pets. This is also a wonderful compound for a family reunion. Dock and launch your canoe, kayak or small boat right outside your door. Located near the center of town, these beautiful accommodations are within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shopping, marinas, and lobster wharves. Directions

5 minute walk from town center. Maine street and left on to Clark Point Rd -- Directions -- Route 95 in Bangor to 395 east to alt 1 south to Ellsworth. Route 3 to route 102 to SW Harbor. Turn left off of 102 in the center of SW Harbor at the light onto Clark Point Rd to 164.
