It is in close proximity to the beaches of Malibu and Santa Monica. - While renovating and re-branding, the Beverly Pavilion Hotel offers great deals for Beverly Hills. The Beverly Pavilion Hotel is delighted to announce major upgrades and extensive renovation to all rooms and public areas, e.g. work-out facilities, restaurant, lobby and pool/sundeck. The project will be finalized by Spring/Summer 2007. - The Beverly Pavilion Hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation and is delighted to announce major upgrades to the building and its facilities:Lobby and restaurant (Kitchen/Room Service) are under refurbishment. The new restaurant ?Bond Street Beverly Hills? is scheduled to open in September 2007. The work-out room and the rooftop pool/sundeck are under construction and therefore closed. Our façade and balconies are also getting a ?face-lift?. The entire project will be finalized by the end of this year.
