Our Inn connects directly to all cross country skiing and/or snowmobile trails going into northern Maine and Baxter State Park. During the summer months we can make arrangements for daily white water rafting expeditions on the west branch of the Penobscot River. All rafting companies are licensed by the state of Maine. Pristine and beautiful Baxter State Park is ideal for nature walks to the top of Mount Katahdin, the highest mountain in Maine and the end of the Appalachian Trail.
