The wine cellar contains thousands of bottles of fine and rare vintages. The Cuisine at La Samanna is a blend of French, Mediterranean and local island ingredients under the watchful eye of Chef Erwan Louaisil. Chef Louaisil, background includes 3-star Michelin experience at La Tour d'Argent, Paris, Le Moulin de Mougins, French Riviera and Pierre Gagniere, St. Etienne plus terms of duty with Daniel and La Grenouille, New York. On the more casual side, a very special treat is to plan a lobster barbecue on the beach for lunch, or in the evening with flamed torches, open bar and island music.
