Beachfront Two-Bedroom Suite
Located in the Cherry Blossom Court and Begonia Villas offering distinctly different types of 2-bedroom suite. The Cherry Blossom Court 2-Bedroom is a two-level suite located on the second and third floors of "chalet" type units. The first level of this suite has a kitchenette, living area with double pullout sofa and a queen bed. The second level is in a loft configuration with twin beds. The Begonia Villas room block 2-bedroom suites are a more traditional "L" shape set-up, with a large living area and double pullout sofa, small kitchenette and 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and the other 2 twins. There are 2 baths in each with tub and shower. View: Pool, beach, ocean (specific type by request only) Max. occupancy: 6 persons.
Honeymoon Beachfront One-Bedroom Suite
Situated at the beachside end of the Frangipani and Ixora buildings on the first through third floors, these suites offer vast wraparound balconies or porches within feet of the beach, large living area with 2 double pullout sofa, bedroom with a king bed. Bathroom features separate shower, Roman Jacuzzi tub and large vanity. View: Ocean & gardens. Maximum occupancy: 5 persons.
Beachfront One-Bedroom Suite
Situated at the beachside end of the Gardenia and Hibiscus buildings on the first through third floors. Expansive wraparound balcony or porch almost touching the white-sand beach. Large living area with double pullout sofa, bedroom with king bedding, bathroom with tub/shower and a second 1/2 bath with shower only. View of beach, ocean. Max occupancy: 5 persons.
Oceanview One-Bedroom Suite
Located in Begonia and Cherry Blossom buildings, each offering a different type of suite. In the Cherry Blossom, the 1-bedroom is on ground level. Living area features kitchenette with counter and double pullout sofa. Bedroom is queen bedded, 1 bath with shower only. Front units have beach and ocean views. Units set further back have primarily garden views. The Begonia 1-bedroom suites have living area open to bedroom. Living room has double pullout sofa, bedroom with queen bed, one bath with shower only. View: Balcony - Pool beach and ocean. Balcony view: Pool, beach and ocean. Ground level view: Pool, beach. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons.
Luxury Oceanview Room
Located on 2nd and 3rd floors of Frangipani, Gardenia, Hibiscus and Ixora buildings, these large rooms offer unobstructed views of the resort's manicured gardens, the beach and the ocean. Rooms have either king or double/double beds, bath with shower, all rooms have balconies. View of beach, gardens, ocean. Max. occupancy: 4 persons.
Premium Room
Rooms is identical to the Luxury Oceanview above, but are located on the ground floor with a patio. View of gardens, ocean. Max occupancy: 4 persons.
Deluxe Room
Located at the inland ends of the Frangipani, Gardenia, Ixora and Hibiscus buildings on the first through third floors. Large king bed or two double beds with tub/shower bath. All rooms have either a patio or balcony. View of gardens and limited ocean. Max occupancy: 4 persons.

Beaches Sandy Bay boasts a stunning beachfront location on Negril's famous 7-mile beach, just 50 miles west of Montego Bay or 90 minutes from Sangster International Airport, and 3 miles from the picturesque town of Negril. One can also fly Air Jamaica Express and land at the Negril Aerodrome, which is only 5 minutes away from the resort.

46+ days prior to arrival no penalty (depending on promotion), 45-30 days prior to arrival - $200 penalty per adult, 29-15 days prior to arrival - 50% of full payment, 14 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of full payment.

THE BAYSIDE RESTAURANT

A bright and open poolside restaurant, with views of the sea, featuring traditional Jamaica dishes and International specialties. Service is buffet style. Dress code - beach wear with cover-up acceptable for breakfast & lunch, casual for dinner (shorts, t-shirts and slippers accepted, no bare feet) Open hours: Breakfast: 7:30am - 10:00am; Lunch: 12:30pm - 2:15pm; Dinner: 6:30pm - 9:30pm

VISTA SUL MARE RESTAURANT

An attractive, comfortable and elegant air-conditioned setting, where you can enjoy Italian cuisine while viewing the famous Negril Beach. All meals are served a la carte, and a reservation through the Guest Relations desk is required. The restaurant is open for adults and children of all ages. Dress code - elegant (no shorts, t-shirts, slippers or beach wear/children can wear shorts, but no slippers).

THE SUNDOWNER RESTAURANT

Enjoy a relaxing evening meal while watching the spectacular sunset from the second floor overlooking the Negril shoreline. You will enjoy the "Taste of the Caribbean". All meals are served a la carte. A reservation made through the "Guest Relations Desk" is required. The restaurant is open for adults and children of all ages. Dress code - casually elegant (dress shorts, collared shirts and slacks allowed. No t-shirts, slippers or beach wear. Children can wear shorts, but no slippers). Open hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm and 9:30pm - 2:00am

THE ALMOND TREE TERRACE
