Leave restaurants behind with a large living/dining area, powered by a complete kitchen with full size Kenmore appliances (range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer). Every guest sleeps soundly in our 2 bedroom villas. The master bedroom has a TV/remote and private bath, the guest bedroom 2 twin beds. Finally, the living room contains a full size sleeper sofa, and TV/VCR/remote (video rentals at the management office) with cable. All Lake Marion villas are equipped with a starter supply of soap, paper products, laundry/dishwasher detergents, drinking glasses, dishes, cook/bakeware utensils and a wide variety of small appliances. Extra linens and towels are provided in each villa for your convenience. Non-smoking/no pet rooms and/or cribs are available upon request. There is a 35.00 cleaning fee for stays of less than three nights. Pets under 20 pounds are allowed with prior notice to property and a 250.00 deposit.
