Directions

By road, take A120 eastwards through Braintree to Colchester. At A12 cross over dual carriageway and follow signs to Stanway. The hotel is after the roundabout, 100 yards on the left.

Start out at Marks Tey Hotel turn right out of hotel, take the 2nd exit on the roundabout go over the A12 at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit. Branch left, then join A12 (signposted Colchester, Harwich). Keep in right hand lanes then continue forward onto Colchester Bypass (signposted Colchester North, Ipswich, Harwich). Continue forward at Junction 29 (signposted Ipswich). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A1214 (signposted Ipswich West, Hadleigh). Continue forward onto the A1214. Entering Ipswich. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A1214, at 2 sets of traffic signals continue forward, then at the 3rd set continue forward onto the A1071 (signposted Town Centre). Arrive at Ipswich, Suffolk. Although we do not offer a service from the hotel to Ipswich the above directions are for travel by car. Alternatively it is possible to go directly from the Marks Tey train station (located 0.5 miles/0.8 kilometres) to Ipswich hourly which takes 27 minutes.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations require a guarantee by valid credit card with expiry date. During Christmas and New Years a deposit of 50.00 per person is required with the balance due 28 days prior to event.

Cancellation Policy

Through the internet site where your reservation was booked, cancellations must be made prior to 6pm local time on day of arrival to avoid a 1 night cancellation and/or no show charge. During Christmas and New Years must cancel 28 days prior to event
