One Bedroom Condo-Grand Traverse Resort 1 queen bed, living room and sleeper sofa One Bedroom Condos have a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, a dining area and a kitchenette. RATES BELOW DO NOT INCLUDE THE SHORES BEACH COMPLEX JUNE - AUGUST, OR THE VALLEYVIEW COMPLEX SEPTEMBER - MAY. Please call the Resort for these rates. Units can be up to a half a mile from the main resort. Location and Smoking preferences will be noted however cannot be guaranteed.

Located in our 6 story hotel The Hotel is a 6 story building. These traditional style rooms have such amenities as wi-fi, hairdryers, and iron and ironing boards. These rooms feature either one king size bed with a full size sofa sleeper or 2 double beds. These rooms are located in our main complex. Smoking and bed type preferences will be noted, however cannot be guaranteed.
Studio Condo
Studio efficiency condo-Grand Traverse Resort one room efficiency, sico bed, kitchenette Studio Efficiency Condos are a one room unit with a queen sico bed that pulls down from the wall, queen size sofa sleeper, and kitchenette. Studios are walking distance to the beach and a half mile from the main resort. Smoking and location preferences will be noted however cannot be guaranteed.
Deluxe Tower Room
Deluxe Tower Room-Grand Traverse Resort The newly renovated Tower rooms are located in a 17 story glass enclosed high rise building. These deluxe rooms have such amenities as wi-fi, an iron and ironing board, an unstocked wet bar, small refrigerator, and 1-2 person Jacuzzi bathtubs. These rooms feature one king size bed or 2 queen size beds and are all non smoking. These rooms are located in our main complex. Bed type preferences and location will be noted, however cannot not be guaranteed.
Deluxe Tower Room
Deluxe Tower Room-Grand Traverse Resort One King size or Two Queen beds. The newly renovated Tower rooms are located in a 17 story glass enclosed high rise building, which features beautiful view of East Grand Traverse Bay or of our Golf courses. These deluxe rooms have such amenities as wi-fi, an iron and ironing board, an unstocked wet bar, small refrigerator, and 1-2 person Jacuzzi bathtubs. These rooms feature one king size bed, one queen size bed or 2 queen size beds, smoking or non smoking. These rooms are located in our main complex. Go west on 72 approximately 35-40 miles. Go north on 31 about 1/2 mile. Resort will be on the east/right side of the road. From Indianapolis: Take 31 North to 80/90. Go east on 80/90 to 131. Continue north to Route 72. Go west on 72 approximately 15 miles. Go north on 31 about 1/2 mile. Resort will be on the east/right side of the road. From Milwaukee: Take I-94 South to 80. Continue east on 80/90 until 131. Continue through Gary/South Bend on 80/90. Go north at 131,to Kalamazoo. Continue north to 72. Go west on 72 approximately 15 miles. Go north on 31 about 1/2 mile. Resort will be on the east/right side of the road. From Detroit: Take 75 North to Route 72. Go west on 72 approximately 35-40 miles. Go north on 31 about 1/2 mile. Resort will be on the east/right side of the road. From Lansing: Take Route 27 north to exit 254. This exit will turn into Route 72. Go west on 72 approximately 35-40 miles. Go north on 31 about 1/2 mile. Resort will be on the east/right side of the road. From Cherry Capital Airport: As you exit the airport turn left on South Airport Road and continue until it comes to an end at 3 Mile Road. Turn left on 3 Mile Road to the light at US-31. Turn right on US-31 and go north approximately 10 minutes to the intersection of US-31 and M-72. Continue through the light and the resort will be on the right side of the highway.
