Remain on M4 as it becomes the A4 heading along the Great West Road, the Talgarth Road and then the Cromwell Road until you reach Knightsbridge. From Knightsbridge take under pass to Piccadilly (still A4) following signs to Piccadilly Circus then to Trafalgar Square. From Trafalgar Square turn right on Northumberland Avenue.
