Size - 525 sq ft. 236 - THE WAXLANDER SUITE - Another in the Spa Suite Series, the Waxlander suite features bold contemporary works of art by Marshall Noice, Phyllis Kapp and Voctor Arnold to name a few. This suite is set for privacy and overlooks the rear courtyard and native landscaping. The second floor suite is private and convenient to the Avanyu Spa, roof top cabanas and pool areas. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hrs prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of 1 night room & tax deposit. Exceptions- full deposit amount will be forfeited if not cancelled 21 days/21dec07-31dec07 and 45 days/20aug08-24aug08 prior to arrival.
