Cancellation Policy

Cancel 60 or more days prior to arrival - 25.00USD fee per condo. Cancel 31-59 days prior to arrival - forfeit initial deposit of 25% of the full stay plus tax. Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival - forfeit entire deposit.
