Property Description

The AmeriSuites Dallas Park Central is an all suite hotel in the middle of the Dallas Park Central Business District. We offer beautiful suites at affordable rates, which include a bountiful breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is currently undergoing a complete renovation in order to offer our guests a unique, new product; Hyatt Place. The renovation is scheduled for completion January 31, 2008. General Room Descriptions
All suites have spacious seperate living and sleeping areas, many include a plush sleeper sofa. Neatly equipped mini-kitchen featuring a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee, dishes and utensils. In our family area enjoy our 26" Cable / TV with HBO and Pay-Per-View and for the kids Nintendo, each suite has a phone with dataport connections and voice mail, High Speed internet access and a well lit working area. Other features include a full size iron and ironing board, hair dryer, separate vantities from the bathroom facility. In addition to our standard suites, the business travel will enjoy all the additional features of our TCB Suites while still benefitting from all of the standard suite amenities. These suites are well equipped for the traveling executive, featuring a mobile workdesk with oversized executive chair, two-line speaker phone, and desk lamp with electrical outlets.
