A deposit is required for all reservations equal to one nights room and tax.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Holiday-If reservation is cancelled prior to seven days before arrival a full refund will be given of the one night deposit less a 25 dollar cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled inside of seven days prior to arrival guest will forfeit their
