Overview

The Hyatt Regency Dallas provides 160,000 sq. ft. of versatile meeting space, including 41 meeting rooms, 3 ballrooms and a 40,000 sq. ft. exhibit hall with pre-function area. Landmark Ballroom

Located on the lobby level the ballroom is 30,000-sq. ft. and divides into four sections. It has a 30-ft high exposed ceiling, The exposed ceiling provides rigging points that support 2.000-lbs. each. Around the perimeter of the room, floor to ceiling columns and balconies are featured. The columns conceal electrical, data, and plumbing services vital to a successful event. Balconies are suitable for production, projection, visitation or VIP seating. The decor features rich earthtones combined with warm woods to create a ballroom as big as Dallas, with an elegant Texas flair.

Reunion Ballroom

19,400 sq. ft. and elegantly appointed, with crystal chandeliers and soft fabric wall coverings. State of the art show and meeting amenities.

Marsalis Hall

Located on the exhibition Level the hall is 40,000 sq. ft. and divides into two sections. This ballroom quality hall is carpeted and has a finished floating ceiling, The room is excellent for food and beverage events and is specially designed to accommodate 180 exhibit booths. Throughout the area are columns, electrical data, compressed air, water and drainage, The floor can support 160 psf, A four bay commercial loading dock is adjacent to the Hall.

Cumberland Hall

16,000 sq. ft. and elegantly appointed, with crystal chandeliers and soft fabric wall coverings. Stare of the art show and meeting amenities.

Grand Hall of Union Station

7.956 sq. ft. historic building has a Grand Hall with 40-ft high rotunda ceiling with turn-of-the-century lampposts and gazebo. A short tunnel connects Union Station to the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Pegasus Ballroom

3,190 sq. ft. located on the hotel property.

Pullman Room of Union Station
