Our luxurious oceanfront and ocean view condominiums recall Florida design themes of earlier times and feature tile floors, ceiling fans, and tropical decor. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units are elegantly furnished and boast fully equipped kitchens or partial kitchens. WiFi, flat screen televisions and DVD players are included for your entertainment. With three heated pools and the beach just steps away, it is the perfect beach getaway for a worry free vacation experience with the family or an intimate time for two. Children are easily entertained at our oceanfront playground and with our on-site activity staff there is always something for the little ones to do. If you are feeling adventurous, New Smyrna has lots to keep you challenged, and our friendly staff will help you plan and make reservations for all local area activities and entertainment, from surfing to sky-diving. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Resort is non-smoking. USD 500.00 penalty for all violations. Extra charges may apply for requested housekeeping and laundry services not included. Check-in is at 4 pm. Please check-in at the Registration Desk located in the lobby of the main building. All guests must present a valid credit card at check-in. Check-out is at 10 am. For your convenience, the Registration Desk is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. If however, your plans will cause you to arrive after 10 pm, please kindly contact us.
