Mountian View Condos offers handicapped access with elevators, plus a picnic area with charcoal grills, a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, and plenty of parking. Park your car and ride the trolley. These convenient vacation rental condos are located right off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Situated up on an overlooking bluff, these gorgeous condos offer tremendous views of the mountains while providing easy access all year to the attractions and activities of the area. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note the following fees- Damage waiver- USD 20.00 1 bedroom cleaning- USD 40.00 2 bedroom cleaning- USD 45.00 3 bedroom cleaning- USD 50.00. Housekeeping includes departure cleaning only. Check-in is after 4 pm. Please check in at the offices at 652 Wears Valley Rd. The reservation holder must present a photo ID and their valid credit card. Only the reservation holder may sign and receive the key code to get into the condo. Check-out is at 11 am. Front desk hours are daily from 9am to 10pm. If you will be arriving for check-in after our office is closed, please call 1-888-689-3177 and special arrangements will be made to accommodate your arrival. The Smoky Mountains offer hiking trails, beautiful vistas, live music and craft artisans. Explore Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for an endless array of activities and attractions, from amusement parks to unique shops, fun museums, and great restaurants. |
