| Sunswept Condominiums is a low density condominium complex centrally located directly on the beach in Orange Beach, AL. Two elevators service the eight floors of this concrete high-rise. From your private balcony, enjoy the beautiful view of sunrises and sunsets, the large pool, the white sand beach, and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Children can play in the grassy area adjacent to the pool, while their parents lounge by the pool. Just across the street are two shopping centers, containing a variety of stores and restaurants. Venture out and golf at seven local golf courses, go parasailing, join dolphin cruises, rent a wave runner, charter a deep sea fishing trip, walk or bike the many miles of trails through the Gulf State Park wilderness area, fish in the gulf from the state park fishing pier, watch The Blue Angels practice at the Naval Aviation Museum, visit the Gulf Coast Zoo, or explore the civil war fortification at Ft. Morgan. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that the following resort fees will be collected at check-in, or in advance if a late arrival, cleaning fee USD 202.65. An additional parking pass charge is USD 15.00. Housekeeping includes departure cleaning only. Check-in from 3pm to 5pm. Front desk hours are from 9am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday. Guests must be 25 years of age to check-in. If arriving after 5pm, or on Sunday, please call 251-981-4949 in advance to make arrangements for after hours check-in, and payment of additional fees. Check-out by 10am. For after hours or Sunday check-in instructions and lock box code, please call 1-251-981-4949. Orange Beach is a highly desirable destination, situated along the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The area is a vacation paradise surrounded by lakes, bays, and lagoons. |
