Front desk hours are 8 am to 7 pm. Children 14 - fourteen years of age and older are welcome at the adult rate. Guests with children under 14 years of age will be referred to our sister property, the Blue Iguana Inn. Enter through hand-carved stone pillars, under a canopy of live oak, sycamore and pepper trees, into a peaceful garden oasis. A cascade of soothing water trickles from the mouth of a magnificently tiled Emerald Iguana fountain, welcoming visitors to Ojais most enchanting hideaway. Definitely not the typical hotel, this romantic destination provides a tranquil retreat for the discriminating traveler. The Emerald Iguana Inn offers relaxation, privacy and the opportunity to rejuvenate your mind and spirit in luxury and comfort. The Emerald Iguana offers all the special amenities to make a restful escape or romantic getaway a perfectly memorable experience. You will be pampered in cozy luxury including spacious rooms with unique handcrafted furniture, fine linens and tranquil artistic surroundings. Soak up the fresh air and sunshine on your patio or deck. Take a dip in the crystalline pool and spa or experience total relaxation with an in-room massage or facial. A deluxe continental breakfast including bakery fresh muffins, croissant and bagels, fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, mini-cheeses, and fresh orange juice is served pool-side daily, or can be delivered to your cottage upon request. Many of Ojais best local artists use the Emerald Iguana as gallery space supplying the original artworks that hang on every wall. Staying longer Our wonderful hideaway cottages are perfect for the extended stay traveler. Cottages offer one or two bedrooms with a fully equipped kitchen.
