The 90 guest rooms of this luxury Panama City Beach condominium hotel consist of exquisitely furnished one- and two-bedroom guest rooms, each with the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a DVD/VCR player. A private balcony with breathtaking views complements each condominium. On-site amenities include an exercise room with sauna, a large outdoor pool, and two hot tubs, one indoor and one outdoor. For short-term reservations, complimentary seasonal beach service consist of the use of two chairs and an umbrella for each day of your stay. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Front desk is open 24-hours. Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced. If we find that guest are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded. Please call 1-866-573-7678 for Spring Break Security Deposit information. Please note that there is a limited damage waiver fee of USD 40. Housekeeping service schedule is upon departure only. Check-in is after 3 pm and guaranteed after by 6 pm Central Standard Time.
