Please note that minimum check-in age is 21. There is departure cleaning only. Office hours are from 8am-7pm. Laketown Wharf Spring Break Policy- Age requirement is 21 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced. If we find that guest are not 21 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded. Occupancy will also be strictly enforced.
