| Hidden Dunes is your hideaway on the gulf. This complete luxury resort boasts elegantly detailed 2,300 sq. ft. units, each with its own private 44 foot long balcony and two person hot tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Property amenities include a gulf side swimming pool, a pool for children, fitness center and barbecue facilities. We are close to great dining, nightlife, shopping and family entertainment. If you are ready to take a spectacular vacation with family or friends, this is your ultimate beach getaway. The Security/Damage Deposit policy is as follows- a USD 300.00 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable within 14-21 days after departure, providing there has been no damage to the unit or its contents, all garbage has been placed in outside container, dirty dishes are placed in dishwasher and cleaned, and all keys and armbands have been returned to the rental office. All condos are non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit, your security deposit will not be returned. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Everyone in the party must be 25 unless accompanied by a parent. Office hours are from 8am-5pm. There is a cleaning fee of USD 125.00 plus tax. The Security/Damage Deposit policy is as follows- a USD 300.00 deposit is required. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Please check-in at the on-site rental office of Hidden Dunes. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Everyone in the party must be 25 unless accompanied by a parent. A packet for you will be left with security at the front entrance of the property. However, please call ahead at 1-877-377-7707 to notify the office that you will be arriving after office hours. Come enjoy the gorgeous white sand beaches and awe-inspiring waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Panama City Beach is a great location for a fun-filled family vacation. |
