| Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Portside is a short drive away from Pier Park and Frank Brown Sports Complex and across the street from the beach with private beach access. This large family resort features many amenities and activities right on site, including three pools, one with a cascading waterfall and tiki hut, multiple hot tubs, tennis courts and shuffleboard. Plus, customers will receive a free amenities package on all paid nights. Check-in at 700 Pier Park Dr. Suite 145. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Our beaches have NOT been impacted by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and our beaches are as beautiful as ever. Do not change your vacation plans when you are fully protected. Counts Oakes Resort Properties is pleased to offer a -Clean Beach Guarantee Program.- No Cancellation Fee- If our beaches are impacted in any way due to the oil spill you can cancel your reservation without any penalty or cancellation fee. Front desk hours are 8am-5pm. Full Refund- If during your stay our area is impacted in any way by the oil spill in the Gulf we will issue you a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay. USD 200 Credit for a Future Stay- In addition to offering a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay we will issue you a USD 200 credit that can be applied towards a future stay. Please note that a USD 70.00- USD 110.00 housekeeping fee will be collected at check-in. Reservation fee- USD 50.00 Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Check-in at 700 Pier Park Dr. Suite 145. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available at 4pm. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to maintenance issues. Minimum age at check-in is 25.
