Summer Bay Resort boasts accommodation selections for all tastes ranging from 1-4 bedroom condominiums, 2 bedroom villas and 3 bedroom pool homes. There are also numerous activities and amenities to enjoy, such as miniature golf, an interactive water park, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, horseshoes and shuffleboard. At the heart of the resort you will find the award winning clubhouse, which features a relaxing atrium area, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a business center, a Walt Disney vacation planning desk, an activities center, a 64-acre lake with water sports and pier, along with a poolside tiki bar. Two thousand sq. ft. of meeting/banquet space is also available. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note the front desk is open 24 hours. Housekeeping services from 8am-4pm; fee varies. There is a USD 7.00 resort use fee per night. There is also a refundable USD 150.00 per room security deposit due at check-in. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out time is 10am.
