| The Inn at Carillon Beach Resort is a luxurious beach oasis with impeccable service reminiscent of an old Florida beachfront inn of days gone by. The property features sixty six beautifully appointed suites with gorgeous views of Lake Carillon or the Gulf of Mexico. Carillon Beach Resort features five pools, five hot tubs and a half mile of private beach with beach equipment rentals. Please check-in at 22901 Panama City Beach Parkway in Panama City Beach. Minimum age at check-in is 25. Our beaches have NOT been impacted by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and our beaches are as beautiful as ever. Do not change your vacation plans when you are fully protected. Counts Oakes Resort Properties is pleased to offer a -Clean Beach Guarantee Program.- No Cancellation Fee- If our beaches are impacted in any way due to the oil spill you can cancel your reservation without any penalty or cancellation fee. Full Refund- If during your stay our area is impacted in any way by the oil spill in the Gulf we will issue you a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay. USD 200 Credit for a Future Stay- In addition to offering a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay we will issue you a USD 200 credit that can be applied towards a future stay. Please note that a USD 30.00- USD 50.00 housekeeping fee will be collected at check-in. Reservation fee- USD 25.00 Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Please check-in at 22901 Panama City Beach Parkway. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available right at 4pm. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to maintenance.
