The Village of South Walton is a beautiful new mid-rise resort community that places guests at the center of casual living activities. The complex features shops and eateries on the first level. Whether it be dining, shopping, building sand castles, swimming or taking a short putt for par, you will find plenty of activities to keep you busy. These condo units feature tasteful architectural accents, including travertine marble, slate roofs and distinctive entrance to each residence. Other property amenities include an outdoor pool, access to a large pool located at the nearby Seacrest, kiddie play area, coin laundry located on each floor and complimentary video rentals. The studio with one bath condo has a kitchenette, cable television, air conditioning, small refrigerator, coffee and tea maker and microwave. Complimentary Beach Service is available during stays from March to October- includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup. Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am. Check-in at 10254 E. Highway 30A. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. Front desk hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sunday.
