| With beautiful mountain vistas, The Adriatic Villa offers discerning travelers all the amenities and comforts of home. This professionally managed resort is a desert oasis set in two buildings- The Adriatic Villa and the French Quarter- and is designed to look like a beautiful and charming Mediterranean Villa. The property features two large swimming pools, a whirlpool and sauna, all which are spread between the two buildings on two-and-a-half acres. The resort also includes a restaurant and small pond complete with a water fountain, which adds to the tranquility of the property. Each of the spacious villas features Internet access, a balcony or patio, daily housekeeping, room service, and a kitchenette for your convenience. Plus, art galleries, museums, art festivals, shops and sporting activities are nearby. Enjoy the natural beauty of the desert at The Adriatic Villa. All guests must register with a valid photo ID and provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals and security deposit. The management reserves the right to remove from the property, any and all guests who do not register all occupants. The registered guest will forfeit amount paid, without refund. All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra per person fees apply- adults USD 25.00, children USD 10.00. Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. Office hrs are from 9am-730pm Mon-Sat. The office is closed on Sundays. The min. age required to book is 22. All guests must register w/ a photo ID and provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals/security deposit. Please call 760-325-5024 to make arrangements for checking in outside of normal business hours. Palm Springs is the most famous desert playground in the world! The sun shines nearly every day, making the climate perfect for the multitude of opportunities for outdoor recreation in our desert paradise. Golf, tennis, and horseback riding are but a few of the most popular activities here. |
