This Gulf Front complex is comprised of three buildings located on sugar white beaches and beautiful emerald green waters. The property offers two bedroom units with large balconies, complimentary high speed internet access, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable television, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker and microwave. Other amenities on site include an outdoor gulf front pool which is heated seasonally between January and March, hot tub, beach boardwalk, BBQ grills and picnic area, outdoor showers, exercise room and parking limited to 2 cars per unit, no boats, trailers, RVs or jet skis are allowed. There is a cleaning fee of USD 110.22 for 2 bedroom units. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 10am. Check-in at 8478 Gulf Boulevard. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian.
