We attempt to honor all special requests for specific complexes or bedding arrangements, unless we have limited availability. For one night stays in 1 and 2 bedroom units a cleaning fee is charged- USD 60.00 for 1 bedrooms, USD 100.00 for 2 Bedrooms. There are no one night stays in 3 bedroom units. Check-in is after 4pm. Check in at 350 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, CO 80435. Check-out is 10am. Office hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday–Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday. For after-hour check-ins, you must call our office during business hours 48 hours in advance to receive the lockbox code.
