Hollywood Beach Tower condominiums feature one large bedroom with a king-size bed two bathrooms a full kitchen, dining area and living room with a queen-size pull out sofa. You also have access to a workout room and a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to remain unsupervised on the premises. Please DO NOT register and leave under age guests for the week without adult supervision. This is prohibited and strictly enforced. Adult supervision of all minor children is required for their own safety and will be appreciated by everyone. Occupancy- the maximum number of persons per unit is 4. Occupancy is strictly enforced. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. The Hollywood Beach Tower is currently under renovation. Renovations are projected to be completed by July 23rd, 2009. All guests will be accommodated and relocations will not take place. There is no parking in the front of the resort, but additional parking is provided by the resort free of charge. When the pool is under renovation, all guests will be allowed to use the pool next door to the resort. Security deposit of 100.00 USD is required. This covers, but is not limited to, the potential loss of items such as keys, remote controls, parking permits and any other loss or damage to the unit or its inventory. Check-in is at 3PM. Check-out is at 10AM. A credit card security deposit of 100.00 USD is required at check-in as well as a picture ID. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Scenic and fun Hollywood Beach is just ten minutes from Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood International Airport. This lovely place is minutes away from sport fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and boat rentals.
