This fee varies depending on the home size- 3 Bedroom USD 80.00, 4 Bedroom USD 85.00. Pets are allowed at a non-refundable pet fee of USD 75.00 for the 1st pet and USD 50.00 for any additional. Check-in at 4pm/check-out at 11am. Guests must call 1-800-995-9321 or 1-407-846-1722 at least 48hrs. prior to arrival to complete the registration form and receive lock box info. and directions to the vacation home.
