Mar Vista Grande by Palmetto Vacation Rentals is a brand new development that has great amenities and is in a prime location in North Myrtle Beach, SC. It is made up of 160 luxurious 3 and 4 bedroom Myrtle Beach condos that offer outstanding oceanfront and Oceanside views of the Atlantic Ocean from large balconies with access from the master bedroom and living area. The building features three heated pools, two spas, and a lazy river, as well as a state of the art fitness center. Housekeeping includes linens and departure cleaning. Please note that motorcycles are not allowed. Please note that a USD 195.99 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Major credit card, valid ID, cleaning fee, and a confirmation due at check-in.
