| Huntington by the Sea is a beach front property offering 2 bedroom condos. Amenities include- pool, beach service including 2 beach chairs and umbrella, wireless Internet, full kitchen, furnished balcony, washer and dryer on property and unlimited DVD rentals. There is On-Site check-in for these luxurious condominiums located in the heart of Destin, only a few minutes away from local restaurants and the Silver Sands outlet mall. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Office hours are from 8am-6pm. There is departure cleaning only. Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced. If we find that guest are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded. Please call 1-866-573-7678 for Spring Break Security Deposit information. Please note that a USD 40.00 resort fee will be collected at check-in. Check in time- 3PM Check out time- 10AM. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minimum age to check in is 25 years old. Guests are to call 1-866-5RESORT for after hours information which includes Lock Box Code and Gate Codes. Security is located on site to assist guests with keys after hours. Miramar Beach is one of the beach communities of South Walton on Floridas Emerald Coast in the northwest Panhandle region. Huntington by the Sea is a quiet mid-rise condominium resort located on the beach in the Miramar Beach area of beautiful Destin. |
