The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. Guests at Hyatt Place will also enjoy a free continental breakfast each morning and can purchase freshly prepared menu items, premium espresso drinks, or beer and wine 24 hours a day. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet discovered in the hotel. Service animals are always welcome.

Directions

Take a left on 97th Terrace & go left on Prairie View Rd. Go under the overpass & get on I-29 North. Exit on 112th Street & go right. Stay on 112th Street until you get to Congress. Go left on Congress. They are on the right hand side at 11401 N. Congress.

Take 29 South to 152 East. Exit on 435 South. Take 435 South to the Gregory Blvd. Exit. Go right on Gregory & follow the zoo entry signs.

Take I-29 South to 152 West. Exit on 435 South. Take 435 South to State Avenue & turn Right (west) Go 1/4 mile west & it will be on the left hand side.

Take a left on 97th Terrace & a left on Prairie View Road. Go right on Tiffany Springs Parkway. Take a left at the first stop light, Ambassador Road. Go right at the very next street, 101st Terrace. This is a dead end street. It will be on the left hand side.

Take I-29 South to 152 Hwy East. Exit on I-435 South. Exit on Parvin Road (exit number 54). Signs will direct you to entrance gate.

I-29 south to exit 10(Tiffany Springs Parkway)turn right. Left on Prairie View. Take the first right at 97th Terrace. Hyatt Place is located at 7600 NW 97th Terrace.

Take 169 North (also called the Broadway Bridge)to I-29 North. Exit on Tiffany Springs Parkway (exit 10)and take a left. Turn left on Prairie View road & an immediate right on 97th Terrace. Hyatt Place is on the right hand side at 7600 NW 97th Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64153.
