High ceilings, full trunk pillars and massive riverstone fireplaces provide a warm and spacious environment with a sense of solidity and style. Situated on a rural property, just north of Te Anau, Fiordland Lodge is the perfect base from where to discover the magic of the Fiordland National Park, including Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, the Milford, Hollyford and Kepler Tracks and the Grand Traverse. It is possible also to take scenic flights over this extensive wilderness. Hosts Ron and Robynne Peacock have a long association with the Fiordland area, and enjoy sharing their knowledge with their guests. Ron works as a fishing guide by day, driving or flying to the various rivers and streams within easy access from the Lodge.

Log Cabin Villas
Log Cabin Villas traditionally built two story log cabins, ideal for families and small groups and featuring recycled native New Zealand timber. Each is fully self contained with a kitchen/dining area, private bathroom and king size bed-one villa sleeps five people-king bed plus three singles- and the other four a king plus two singles.

Directions

106 mi DIRECTIONS From Queenstown airport turn left onto SH6 and travel approximately 100kms to the Five Rivers junction. Turn right to Mossburn. At Mossburn turn right onto SH94 and travel a further 36 mi to Te Anau. From Te Anau continue on SH94 towards Milford Sound. Fiordland Lodge is 3 mi north of Te Anau.
