Property Description

We are a Qualmark 4 star property with 38 spacious and comfortable rooms, most with balconies and some with views of the swimming pool. All rooms have been recently refurbished. Choose from a Standard Studio, Twin-share Studio, Executive Spa studio or a superb Penthouse Spa studio. All rooms have kitchenettes & microwaves, en-suites, (with spa baths in the Executive and Penthouse Studios), hairdryers, iron and ironing boards, clock radios, electric blankets, mini-bars, Sky TV and ALL rooms have Wireless Broadband internet access. Most also have balconies and some have views of the swimming pool. Our Executive and Penthouse Studios also have a sofa, ceiling fan, plunger coffee and spa baths. The Penthouse Studios are extremely large rooms, and also have King-size beds, air-conditioning and 2 balconies, including a large, private terrace with attractive furniture. Parklane is a great place for a longer stay - we have a large swimming pool with a children's splash-pool, mini-gym, guest laundry and dry cleaning service, guest internet kiosk, breakfast room, ''Heat and Eat'' evening meals available daily and FREE ample off-street car parking. There are many great cafes and restaurants a short stroll away, a large supermarket nearby, and the bus stop to Auckland city centre is just a 2 minute walk away. Highchairs and porta-cots available on request with no extra charge.

Right next door to Greenlane Medical clinic, and just 4km to Auckland CBD, 6km to St Lukes, 9km to Western Springs and the zoo, 4km to Dressmart and 11km to the airport. Cornwall Park is a short stroll away, great for that early morning walk or jog & Ellerslie just over 1km away.
