From Athens airport by Express Public bus X95 to Syntagma Square. Ride lasts one hour. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Syntagma square. Or by Metro from the airport to Syntagma. Ride lasts 45 minutes. Alternatively a taxi from the airport to Amazon Hotel costs around 30-35 Euros and takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. From Attica Road. Exit to Kifisias Avenue heading south. After the American Embassy and the Concert Hall turn right to Vas. Sofias Ave. Straight on you meet Syntagma Square. Hotel Amazon is located at the city center. Use the metro from any spot and get off at Syntagma Station.

A visit to the Houses of Parliament on Syntagma Squre where one can watch the Changing of the Guard ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. A walk in The National Gardens next to the parliament building and then on to chique Kolonaki area with it's numerous boutiques and coffee shops. From Syntagma Square there are frequent tram and bus connections to the nearby seaside areas of Glyfada or Voula, or further on to Piraeus port for boat connections to the islands.
